Hi Peggy! How's it going?

She's definitely a character with a lot of potential!

It'd be fun to have her adopted again, since I'd love to do more with Copper and Goldspice.
In my mind, Goldspice's temporary chieftainship wasn't a (even kinda) failure. Windburn might have disagreed with her choices but they did get Rill back, Willow was fine alone, and Chicory didn't get to kidnap any cubs and run. ;) So, a terrible situation got worked out. Strife with Chicory would be... interesting, I guess? I don't really associate Chicory with holding onto grudges though. Could be wrong. I mean, she could stress over the choices she took, hash them out with Windburn and other elders, worry about them... or just sort of own them with quiet confidence.
Goldspice comes across as really calm and responsible in the stories that I remember reading, but I always have more of a vivid/warm/vibrant/earthy association with her. I think that partially comes from the way I really love the alternative look of her and Moss, and I think that sort of bleeds into me thinking of them as the sort of hippie lovers who don't really "believe" in marriage/lifemating but are there by their own actions. More of a 'why pin it down with a heavy-weighted name when they can just enjoy every moment of it' than a Goldspice-is-unable-to-fully-commit-because-of-Ice's-influence kinda thing. Not an avoidance issue, just as an unnecessary thing that neither of them really think about or need for reassurance.
Of course, I don't think a lot has really been scripted out in stories, so my opinion could be changed. ;)
