Posting this reminder here (it's repeated in the "Circle of the Council" thread):
A piece of art isn't considered "done" until it has approval, if approval is needed. All artists are required to get approvals for their art of characters not their own, if the owning member has requested prior approvals. You can tell which members request approvals by looking at the top of each character CIS.
* When you *do* submit a piece of art to "artwork@rivertwine.com", state that you have received approval from the character owner, if necessary. (Or, if it's a character who doesn't require approval, state *that*.)
We need to avoid the repetition of some recent incidents of artwork being posted without having first received approvals, so I will begin clarifying this with everyone when art is submitted. Please remember that you need *direct* approvals -- send the other member the piece of art by email or PM, and get their direct feedback.
